Diverse motorsports background and experience with drifting and autocross required. Semi-pro racing/drifting experience and prior multi-track day instruction recommended but not required. Must have a well-developed understanding of the track, path of travel, the line and motorsports terminology.

Knowledge of adult learning principles and application of this knowledge is a must. Instructors will be required to ride along with drivers of any class and instruct them on how to better their skills. Instructors will assess driver’s skills and potential areas of improvement and coach drivers based on vehicle dynamics and adult learning principles.

May be responsible for other track duties including but not limited to light maintenance, flagging, traffic control, and assisting with setup/breakdown of the track. Instructors are required to have and maintain their own safety equipment to wear while in driver’s cars. Travel to and from site location is not reimbursed, personal vehicle required. All GIG Motorsports employees are subject to randomized drug testing.

Certified tire tech from a mechanical shop.

Must have experience with tire machines and be willing to work the entire event. Tech inspections prior to event are also part of this role, RI State Inspector’s license recommended but not required.

Up to date ASE certifications are required.

Tech inspections are inclusive of all items on GIG Motorsport’s tech form, inspector must be able to fill out forms in a non-biased fashion. Inspector must always have the safety of the driver and integrity of the school in mind at all times.

Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs. Tire machine will be provided. Travel to and from site location is not reimbursed. Personal vehicle required. All GIG Motorsports employees are subject to randomized drug testing.
